Job Description
- Responsible for the smooth operation of the services.
- Process new diet orders or diet changes as required and update accordingly.
- Assist patients in making proper selections according to prescribed diet.
- Assist to check each patient’s meal at the end of meal assembly process to make sure food is served as ordered.
- Maintain high standards in quality of food procedure, production and services, economical use of labour and food and training of kitchen staff.
- Supervise food preparation process and food services for patients
- Maintain standards of sanitation and safety equipment being used.
- Responsible in handling procurement process
- Perform any other duties as and when required by the management
Requirement
- Fresh graduate is encourage to apply. Candidate with experience in F&B field or posses Degree/Diploma in Food Service Management is an extra advantage
- Good working attitudes and excellence communication skills with the ability to effectively interface with internally
- Highly motivated and committed to delivering high quality work in time
