  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.

This role requires you to rotate between rosters which include morning shifts as well as on-call shifts during weeknights and weekends. You will be compensated with an on-call bonus.

Your public holidays will also need to be switched to an alternative day that suits our business model.

Below is a list of tasks that you may need to be responsible for or be required to contribute to alongside other supply chain team members.

  • International shipping: freight checking, payments, preparing shipping docs, quotations, record keeping and other shipping coordination work
  • Inventory management: reporting, checking status of orders/purchases, ensuring SLA and received quantity matches, monitoring stocks in transit and warehouses
  • Operations: creating invoices, orders and purchase records in our system, transferring stock, company registrations, order and purchase validation, intercompany billing, product creation
  • Emails and messages: delivering invoices and other documents to customers/suppliers, coordinating with 3rd parties, monitoring emails and messages for updates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 per month
