As an Assistant Retail Manager at TTRacing, you will support the Retail Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store. Your role is vital in ensuring smooth store performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and helping the team meet sales targets. You will act as a leader on the floor, assisting with staff supervision, inventory control, merchandising, and customer engagement.

This role is perfect for someone with strong retail experience who is ready to step into a leadership position and grow within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Retail Manager in supervising and motivating the retail team to achieve store goals.
  • Lead by example on the sales floor, providing top-tier service and engaging with customers.
  • Support with daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and staff scheduling.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment, transfers, and stock counts.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and product displays meet brand standards.
  • Help manage in-store promotions, events, and product launches.
  • Assist with staff training and onboarding of new team members.
  • Handle basic customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and a welcoming environment for customers and staff.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales and operational reports to the Retail Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent; additional education in Retail or Business is a plus.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory or senior sales role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a team and lead by example.
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
