We are seeking a highly skilled Operation Manager that can helps in lead and drive Facilities Maintenance (FM) through Hard Maintenance and Soft Maintenance, Sustainability Programs (SP) to meet Government's requirements under the Contract Agreement (CA In adherence with company's key performance indicator (KPI), scorecard and targets.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Strategize and oversee overall Facilities maintenance for the following services: Civil & Structure, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical Project Management, Sustainability Program, Asset Management and data availability in fulfilling all contractual obligation and company scorecard.
2. Lead and align all operational support components: Financial (Budget, Expenses, Revenue), Procurement Process, Administration (Internal Asset Management, Filing System, Correspondence) are managed effectively to achieve company operational objectives.
3. Establish and maintain good relationship with External Stakeholder (Client, Legal Authorities, Public, Vendor) and Internal Stakeholder (Management and Employees) to help sustain smooth operations from mutual trust, as well as enhance business integrity and opportunities.
4. Lead the organisation to comply with Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) practices and procedures in accordance to related Acts and Regulations and meet company targets.
5. Attain and sustain related certification in compliance to all contractual and regulation obligation (ISO, Statutory Requirements, Authorities e.g. DOSH, DOE, SPAN, SIRIM & etc).
6. Manage human capital initiatives at all site level such as Recruitment, Staff Retaining, Remuneration, Motivation, Promotion, Training, and Disciplinary Issues are in tine with company human resources practices to achieve high performing workforce.
7. Develop and facilitate vendor management (conduct vendor performance review, monitoring vendor performance, build strong relationship with vendor/business partner & etc) is performed to optimise supply chain management which is crucial to company's service delivery.
8. Drive the application of innovation strategy through continuous improvement programs such as LEAN, 6S, 6 Sigma etc. to achieve company cost saving target, increase revenue, process efficiency and effectiveness.
9. Handle incoming complaints with empathy and professionalism, gathering detailed information to understand the nature of the issue.
10. Coordinate with the Assistant Operation Manager and Facilities Manager teams to prioritize and facilitate the resolution of reported problems.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in related field.
- Proficient in managing Operation in the Facilities maintenance.
- Familiarity with building maintenance processes and Malaysian Building Codes and Standards.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills for handling maintenance-related issues.
- Advance in automation new technology in Facilities maintenance
