Admin, Operations & Customer Support Assistant
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin, Operations & Customer Support Assistant to support our operations team in executing daily functions to ensure smooth business processes. The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to multi-task, and possess strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration among various departments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative Support:
· Provide administrative assistance to the operations team.
· Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Data Management:
· Assist in the collection and analysis of operational data to inform decision-making.
· Maintain and update operational databases, ensuring accurate and timely information is available.
Customer Support:
· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media promptly and professionally.
· Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
· Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to products and services.
· Escalate complex issues to management or relevant departments when necessary.
· Document customer interactions and issues in the Customer Management System (CMS) for tracking and follow-up.
· Maintain accurate records of customer feedback and complaints.
· Build strong relationships with customers and provide personalized support to enhance the customer experience.
· Educate customers about product features, updates, and best practices.
· Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
· Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on processes and procedures.
Inventory Management:
· Update inventory records in the inventory management system to ensure accuracy.
· Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
· Maintain organization in the storage areas and ensure that items are stored safely and efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
· Min Diploma in any field. SPM holder with related experience will be consider.
Skills:
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
