  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Facilities Officer to join our team and oversee the maintenance, safety, and procurement functions within the facility. This role requires someone with strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and expertise in Electrical & Mechanical systems to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily inspections of the building’s condition, safety, and security.
Manage procurement processes for facility maintenance, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Handle project procurement, sub-contractors, and supplier claims certification.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and quantity surveyors for progress claims.
Develop strategies for cost control, vendor management, and spending analysis.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality management standards.
Lead and motivate the facilities team to achieve company goals.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Electrical, Mechanical, Business Administration, Procurement, or Marketing.
Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management, procurement, or related fields.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Independent, results-oriented, and analytical in decision-making.
Solid knowledge of Electrical & Mechanical systems in building facilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
