Assistant Manager Quality Assurance
Job Descriptions
1. To represent company meeting with customers on Product Quality and Product acceptance.
2. To Coordinate and manage Internal & External audits.
3. To be the Quality Management Representatives (QMR) as mentioned in Quality manual (QM).
4. Plan and manage the required Company’s Policy & Objectives in ensuring compliance with international standards and efficient Quality Management System working together with other department in the organization and monitoring their overall goals, objectives and standards.
5. Implement efficient and effective Quality Management Systems for control, and process to meet customer expectations and requirements.
6. Monitor and control the activities of the Product quality through guidance, proper documentation and monitoring.
7. Monitor Product warranty to minimize customer claim and to ensure green color rating every month.
8. To develop new business for companies under SMIM.
9. Any other related task assigned by the superior from time to time.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
