  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support Key Account Managers in execution and monitoring of trade activities for assigned customers.
  • Maintain sales performance trackers, sales vs. forecast analysis, and promotion calendar execution reports.
  • Facilitate communication between Sales and TMK teams to ensure alignment on promotions, NPI launches, pricing, and merchandising execution.
  • Track and report weekly and monthly sales performance, account profitability, and sell-in progress.
  • Support the return key-in process and ensure timely submission of Customer Advisor (CA) reports.
  • Provide support in tracking merchandising standards and pricing consistency across key accounts.
  • Support contract and rebate management, returns handling, and sales forecasting accuracy for Watsons & Guardian chains.
  • Ensure timely reporting of account updates, POSM status, and promotional performance to both sales and marketing teams.
  • Coordinate with logistics and SCM on APO forecasting, stock allocation, and return control.
  • Assist with the evaluation of promotions, providing analysis and insights for performance improvement.
  • Manage trade terms and AR overdue tracking in line with credit policies.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 2 year working experience in FMCG Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
  • Computer literate with good communication and reporting.
  • Responsible, outgoing and creative.
  • Self driven, result oriented and a good team player
  • Posses own vehicle

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
