JOB PURPOSE
The Sales Executive is responsible for executing strategies, initiatives, and activities aimed at increasing student enrolment across the programs offered by the Institution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote the Institution’s programs to prospective students or clients in targeted markets to support enrolment growth for all Faculties and Schools.
- Develop and execute marketing, admissions, and conversion strategies aligned with the strategic goals of the Faculties or Schools to boost student intake.
- Design, implement, and manage marketing and advertising campaigns to drive applications and enrolments, while converting enquiries and applicants for both undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
- Plan, coordinate, and actively participate in marketing and communication events such as Open Days, recruitment drives, and conversion activities.
- Oversee and monitor digital marketing initiatives, ensuring the Institution maintains a strong and consistent presence across social media platforms.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations about the Institution’s programs to prospective students and clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis; compile and report findings to the immediate supervisor.
- Ensure that all marketing databases are accurate, current, and effectively maintained.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with agents, partners, media representatives, and potential students or clients.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within a sales or business development role.
- Experience in marketing or the education industry will be considered an advantage.
- Solid understanding of marketing and sales techniques.
- Self-driven and results-oriented with a proactive mindset.
- Confident and enthusiastic communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capable of planning, organizing, and managing multiple tasks independently.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools.
