Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,500
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM (Flexible, based on schedule)
Working Days: Based on team roster/schedule
Location: No. 44-1, Jalan Cyber Valley 1B/1, Cyber Valley Commercial Centre, 43800 Dengkil, Selangor

Job Scope
1) Host engaging and interactive TikTok Live sessions to promote products, special offers, and campaigns
2) Interact with audiences live — answer product inquiries and provide tailored recommendations
3) Create a lively, fun, and professional brand presence during every live session
4) Proactively identify and convert sales opportunities via live and direct channels
5) Follow up with interested customers and close deals effectively
6) Build and maintain strong relationships to enhance brand trust and loyalty
7) Collaborate with marketing to brainstorm and produce content for TikTok and other platforms
8) Support sales and engagement strategies in partnership with the Sales Leader
9) Monitor performance metrics and customer responses for continuous improvement
10) Stay updated with market and platform trends to improve hosting techniques

Preferred Qualifications
1) Experience in sales, customer service, or live streaming is a plus
2) Strong verbal communication and on-camera presence
3) Confident, friendly, and proactive personality
4) Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to different schedules
5) Familiar with TikTok features, trends, and engagement tools
6) Passionate about selling and building audience connections
