Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the daily condition of all company lorries
- Respond to breakdown calls and coordinate emergency repairs
- Liaise with workshops for regular servicing and repair appointments
- Keep accurate records of maintenance schedules and service history
- Manage road tax and insurance renewals (e.g., dealing with MBJB/JPJ)
- Schedule periodic inspections and ensure compliance with PUSPAKOM and other regulatory bodies
- Assist drivers with vehicle-related issues and provide support when needed
- Ensure all vehicle documents are updated and valid
- Coordinate with the operations/dispatch team for lorry availability
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in Automotive/Logistics is a plus
- At least 1–2 years of experience in fleet maintenance or transport coordination
- Good knowledge of lorry mechanics and servicing schedules
- Familiar with JPJ, PUSPAKOM, and MBJB procedures
- Ability to work independently and handle emergencies calmly
- Possess a valid driving license (GDL is an advantage)
