Admin executive
An admin executive is hire to perform all the operational and administrative functions for a team of professionals. She may perform basic office tasks such as filling and photocopying. She may also maintain the calender of her manager or department. She may compose all correspondence. She may also be responsible for all of the transactional duties of the business. She should posses excellent communication skills, both orally and in wiring. She should also have stellar interpersonal skills, as she may have to interact with colleagues, vendors, customers and clients of all demographics.
Key Responsibilities:
> Administrative Support
- Manage day-to-day office operations
- Handle documentation, filing, and data entry
- Prepare reports, letters, and meeting minutes
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners
> Social Media Management
- Create and schedule engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
- Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries promptly
- Monitor performance of posts (likes, reach, engagement)
- Assist in planning social media campaigns or promotions
> Customer Support
- Answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner
- Assist with inquiries or redirect to the relevant department
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an admin executive or similar role will be advantage. No experiences are encourage to apply
Familiar with Facebook page management and content posting
Good communication and writing skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools) is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
