- Process month end payroll
- Assist in recruitment and training.

- Coordinate and track employee overtime hours
- Assist in the management of staff expense claims.
- Responsible for various correspondences on HR matter.
- Provide administration support in HR task including recruitment, selection process, foreign worker affairs, compensation & benefits, training & development etc
- Responsible general administration functions of the company include review of service or tenancy agreement, renewal of general insurance, etc.
- Maintain records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties as and when required.
