Key Responsibilities

  • Lease Management:
    Prepare lease renewal documentation, especially for leases expiring within two months.
  • Notices & Communication:
    Send notices to landlords and tenants regarding lease renewals, terminations, and other key matters.
  • Accounts & Invoicing:
    Assist with invoice processing and payments to creditors and landlords, and provide basic bookkeeping support.
  • Client Communication:
    Answer incoming phone calls via VOIP, handle queries professionally, and redirect calls when necessary.
  • Team Support:
    Work closely with the property management and accounts teams to ensure smooth administrative operations.
