PROPERTY ENGINEER

• Oversee and maintain the malls HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, conducting regular inspections and repairs to ensure smooth operations. • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure all building systems operate efficiently and avoid breakdowns. • Ensure the mall complies with safety regulations, conduct regular safety inspections, and maintain fire safety systems and emergency equipment. • Coordinate and assist tenants with facility-related issues. • Oversee renovation, construction, or upgrade projects happening in mall. • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs, and generate reports on system performance and project progress. • Supervise maintenance staff, technicians, and contractors, providing training and guidance to ensure high-quality work. • Minimum 8 years related experience and preferably with minimum of 3 years in an equivalent capacity. • Minimum requirement a Diploma/Degree holder is preferred. • Strong background in systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, escalators, elevators, and other critical infrastructure in a commercial setting. • Candidate is expected to be mature, analytical, persistent and savvy with numbers and reports.
