Job Responsibilities:- Responsible for performing a variety of duties within a manufacturing environment. Duties may be related to production, or the customer unit return process.
- Perform incoming inspections.
- Register DUTs (Devices Under Test).
- Ensure built-in quality during assembly and testing by checking completed work before passing it to the next workstation.
- Prepare documentation for returned units.
- Support production line activities such as 5S, ESD compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Receive, store, and distribute materials, control material inventory.
- Perform inspections according to work instructions to ensure product quality.
- Conduct in-line inspections to ensure built-in quality during assembly and testing.
- Perform sampling checks and/or special inspections under the guidance of a Quality Engineer.
- Move items safely and efficiently within the facility.
- Use appropriate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to transport heavy items.
- Ensure materials and products are stored in designated areas to optimize workflow.
SPM or diploma or equivalence.
