Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Supervise inventory control to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient warehouse operations.
- Maintain proper documentation for inbound and outbound goods.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment of materials and supplies.
- Implement best practices for storage, handling, and distribution of goods.
Team Supervision & Coordination
- Lead and supervise logistics staff, drivers, and warehouse personnel.
- Assign tasks and monitor daily logistics operations to ensure efficiency.
- Conduct training sessions on safety, proper handling of goods, and operational procedures.
- Foster effective communication between warehouse, transportation, and project teams.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all logistics operations adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify risks and implement necessary improvements.
- Develop and enforce safety protocols for transportation and warehouse activities.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, shipments, and inventory movements.
- Prepare reports on logistics performance, cost analysis, and operational efficiency.
- Identify areas for improvement in logistics processes and recommend solutions.
Requirements:
Additional knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards will be an added advantage.
