Warehouse Supervisor (Packaging & material)

Responsibility: 1) To monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly, safely and warehouse space is used efficiently. 2) To ensure that there is sufficient inventory to meet the organization needs; managing out-of-stock over-stocked products & aging products. 3) Priorities and assign tasks to ensure that the team's resources are used effectively and that work schedules and target are met. 4) Supervise staff to ensure that all warehouse activities, and all machines and equipment operated safely. 5) Train of new workers in the organization's operating procedures and standards. 6) To supervise and motivate subordinate in day-to-day operations. 7) To ensure operation work are met ISO/FSSC/HACCP requirement. 8) To plan and conduct EOM stock count without any delay. 9) Monitor on the stock balance system and physical. Requirement: Min SPM certification Min 3-4 years experience in related field Experience in the FMCG industry is an added advantage
