The role primarily involves daily operational maintenance and support of customer system environments, mainly related to software and partly to hardware. This position will also be responsible for participating in system implementation projects such requirement gathering, designing, SIT, UAT, end user training and system go-live supports. Technical Skills: • Candidates are required to work closely with end-users and external vendors to ensure effective software support service. • Ability to autonomously identify and isolate causes of system issues through remote or onsite access, log analysis, reproducibility testing and dialogue with end users and external vendors, and implement temporary solutions quickly and well thought out permanent solutions. • Lead the enhancement of system daily issue by the analytics and thought out countermeasure together with internal teams and external vendors. • Ability to document knowledge and know-how (such as SOPs and checklists). • Experience in setting up and maintaining server and client applications (preferably more than 3 years). • Experience in setting up and maintaining applications running on Windows and Linux (preferably more than 3 years). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Preferred Additional Technical Skills: • Experience in setting up and maintaining retail systems such as POS and peripheral devices, store servers, etc. • Ability to create Scripts and use tools to improve the efficiency of setup and maintenance. Soft skills: • Ability to make maximum efforts to complete assigned tasks within the period responsibly. • Ability to appropriately share information and communicate with end users and internal teams or third party vendors companies, and work as a one team. • Provide prompt responses to all related parties. • Willingness to actively learn new products and technologies that you have not handled before. • Ability to proactively think and advance work based on expertise without waiting for instructions. • Ability to provide stand-by for support after work on weekdays or on weekends / holidays as necessary. Also, ability to make short business trips depending on the project. Preferred Additional Soft Skills: • Ability to work from the end user’s perspective rather than the provider's logic. • Ability to continuously improve work and services without being bound by existing methods.
