Supplier Management- Source and evaluate potential suppliers
- Compare quotations to ensure quality and best value
Inventory Control- Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate purchase and pricing records
- Control costs and minimize wastage
- Ensure the quality and safety of all purchased materials
Procurement Operations- Carry out daily procurement tasks such as price comparisons, order placements, and issuing purchase orders
- Prepare relevant purchasing documentation for the finance team
- Maintain close communication with the kitchen and store manager to ensure timely supply of materials
Negotiation Skills- Negotiate pricing and payment terms with suppliers to secure the best deals
Order Handling- Process purchase requests promptly and follow up on order status
- Inspect the quality of received goods
Record Management- Maintain accurate records of purchases, suppliers, and quantities
Relationship Management
Education- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience- 3–5 years of purchasing experience, preferably in the F&B or restaurant industry
Skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with IFCA system is an advantage
- Familiar with supply chain operations and management
