  • Handle daily office tasks such as bookkeeping, filing, and data entry
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial records

    Financial Transactions Handling

    • Manage daily payments, update income records, and perform bank reconciliations
    • Ensure all transactions are recorded and accounted for correctly

      Financial Report Preparation

      • Assist in preparing complete sets of accounts and financial reports
      • Provide support for financial decision-making with accurate reporting

        Flexible Support Duties

        • Assist with ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors
        • Show a willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities

Educational Background

  • Currently pursuing or holding a Diploma in Accounting or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

    Language Skills

    • Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, and Malaysia

      Technical Skills

      • Familiarity with SQL accounting software is an added advantage, but not required
      • Open to candidates who are willing to learn
