工作职责 / Job Description:
安排每周拜访,跟进网点市场人员的客户开发进度
Conduct weekly visits to monitor and support branch marketing staff
协助总部组织培训、会议及市场评估
Support HQ in organizing training, meetings, and evaluations
分析市场数据,汇报大客户开发与流失情况
Analyze market data and report on VIP client trends
协助网点解决客户开发与维护问题,提供策略支持
Provide branches with solutions and tools for client management
协助加盟商提升票量与网点表现
Work with franchisees to boost parcel volume and branch performance
任职要求 / Requirements:
有快递、物流、零售经验者优先;有同行经验更佳
Experience in courier/logistics/retail preferred; background in competitor companies is a plus
熟练使用Excel,具备基本数据分析能力
Proficient in Excel with basic data skills
良好的沟通能力,执行力强,能独立与团队合作
Good communication, strong execution, able to work independently and in teams
能接受出差,有交通工具者优先
Willing to travel frequently; own transport preferred
