- Responsible for generating existing and/or new sales for assigned named accounts or assigned geographic, territory, industry or accounts list.
- Promotes and sells products and/or solutions to current or new customers/partners and informs customers of new product introductions.
- Proactively acts to understand customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queries; actively creates business opportunities
- Determines and develops approaches to sales assignments to achieve quota/ strategies
- Solves a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity
- Exceed Quota & make Business Growth continuously
- Accelerate the continuous growth by the tight alignment with internal(IST/COE/etc) and external partners..
- Lead enterprise selling and build company level relationship with key accounts.
- Build strategic game plan to keep the growth and execute it with strong leadership
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent, preferably in Electrical & Electronics engineering
- Sales Experience (>5 Years)
- Aggressive passion for the growth with Strong leadership
- Strong accountability as field engineer
- Demonstrated global sales skill by a tight collaboration with IST/GAM
- Demonstrated ability to develop key relationships in a customer facing role
