
Retail Business Support
1. Attending enquiry phone calls from internal staff, registered agents and external clients
2. Attending enquiry email from internal staff, registered agents and external clients
3. Check and reply to email of submission for Will and Trust cases from all regions
4. Follow up on incomplete submission
5. Registration of Will and Trust submission to production report
6. To compile list of client for AMLA screening
7. To acknowledge submission of new agent registration
8. To issue new agent code
9. To acknowledge courier from agents and Business Development teams
10. Blast email to agents for training or announcement
11. To update agent database from time to time
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to RM5,500.00 per month
