What You'll Be Doing:

  • Construct stunning 2D and 3D LEGO models to brief, budget, and build schedule.

  • Use tools like LEGO Digital Designer and Brickstock to design and manage model components.

  • Travel to install models and ensure they’re assembled safely and impressively on-site.

  • Share feedback and build on insights from live model installations to keep raising the bar.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • You must be at least 18 years old.

  • Familiarity with LEGO bricks, building systems, and legal LEGO building techniques.

  • Experience using LEGO Digital Designer or similar digital design software is beneficial.

  • Able to translate design briefs into physical LEGO models with high attention to detail.

  • An innovative mindset that’s flexible and open to change, able to solve problems creatively.

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.

  • Organised and self-motivated, capable of working independently or as part of a team.

  • Willing to collaborate with model shop supervisors, tech teams and LEGO designers.

  • Able to give and receive feedback and contribute to continuous improvement.

  • Understanding of safe model design, especially where models are interactive or guest-facing.

  • Must be able to manage workspace to Health, Safety & Security (HSS) standards.

  • Availability to travel occasionally for LEGO model installations around the world.
