  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Working Days & Hours:

  • Monday - Saturday (during peak hour only)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum SPM qualification
  • Malaysian citizen, aged between 19 to 35 years (also open to retirees)
  • Proficient in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word & Excel
  • Experience in retail or courier services is an added advantage

Job Scope:

  • Responsible for performing daily counter transactions and providing other services offered by Pacel, including customer service.
  • Assist customers with the process of sending their parcels or documents through various courier service providers such as J&T, DHL, Shopee Express, ABX Express, and others.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness within the outlet and ensure parcels are organized and neatly arranged.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: RM9.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
