We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible individual to join our company secretarial team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience or contribute their existing knowledge in corporate secretarial practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing board resolutions, meeting minutes, and statutory documents
- Maintain and update statutory registers and records
- Perform routine filing with SSM
- Support the team with document compilation and administrative tasks
- Communicate with clients and regulatory bodies when needed
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Prior experience in company secretarial work is an advantage
- Familiarity with the Companies Act 2016 is helpful
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Responsible, organised, and eager to learn
- Able to start immediately or on short notice is preferred
