Responsibilities:
Documentation Management: Maintain and organize clinic records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Financial & Accounting Reports: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial summaries, expense tracking, and invoicing.
HR Support: Handle basic HR-related duties such as staff attendance tracking, processing leave applications, and managing OT claims.
General Administrative Duties: Support daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow for all departments.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative role (preferably in a clinic or healthcare setting)
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Basic knowledge of accounting and HR processes
Strong attention to detail and time management
Good communication and interpersonal skills
