About Us:
We are a dynamic and growing organization seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resource & Admin Executive to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring our HR processes are compliant, efficient, and people-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the full HR spectrum including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, staff records, and exit processes.
- Draft, review, and administer employment contracts and HR documentation in line with Malaysian labour laws.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, etc.).
- Handle employee leave management (annual, medical, emergency, etc.) and HR policy updates.
- Maintain accurate employee records and confidential files.
- Support administrative functions including office supplies, insurance renewals, and general clerical tasks.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and internal communications.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar HR & Admin role.
- Solid understanding of Malaysian Employment Act and HR best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and integrity in handling sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
