Role And Responsibilities

To monitor the achievement of production and rejection of parts.
Repairing of equipment's and machine and ensure minimum downtime.
Overall improvement on technical skill for shift Supervisor and Technician.
Ensure sufficient spare parts.
Using approved fixtures, jigs and set-up test stations.
Co-ordination production activities.
Responsible to ensure preventive maintenance of machines, tools and jigs.
To ensure timely corrective action is taken for machine breakdown.
To communicate and interact with all personnel from all department.
To ensure the performance report are submitted timely to the management.
To monitor data (operator name, scrap & defect, log off job order, enter job order, interrupt job order) at AIP terminal to ensure accurate data in HYDRA & AIP System.
To ensure that operators are using personal protective equipment where it area is required.
Rejected goods at the production line are properly identified and segregated.
To ensure that production operator’s efficiency is up to the standard.
To monitor machine startup process and avoid machine running unstable.
To handle operator’s grievances and find solutions to their problems.
Carry out any tasks that assigned by superior from time to time

Qualifications and Competency

Min SPM
At least 3 years of working experience in plastic injection industry
Strong knowledge in trouble shooting for plastic injection moulding machines and technical skill.
Strong knowledge in quality solving skills, supervisory and leadership skills.
Able to monitor yields and develop continuous improvement of process.
