  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking an experienced Software Project Assistant to join our team at WHATIF SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD. in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a fulltime role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the successful delivery of various projects within our Information & Communication Technology organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate with project owner and cross-functional teams to plan, schedule, and monitor project activities
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and status reports
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
  • Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks in a timely manner
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between project stakeholders
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools
  • Ensure project documentation and records are properly maintained

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Project Management or similar role in the IT/ICT industry
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficient in using project management software and tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana)
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with diverse groups of people
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify and address issues promptly
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices
  • BS in computer science or a related field
