KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You collaborate with the Talent Marketing Partner to proactively anticipate the customers needs and to provide actionable talent data insights.
You implement marketing activities aligned to the overall global frameworks/ strategies in close collaboration with the P&C network.
You have a good understanding of your customers and their respective business areas to translate their needs into talent marketing activities.
You are the contact person for all content creation related talent marketing requests coming in via the intake portal in your respective region.
As Talent Marketing Specialist, you are the expert on content creation, copywriting and creating social media posts, managing blog, video and graphics design projects until successful completion.
You have a good eye for how to make texts and graphics appealing (e.g. on website, digital campaigns, or job ads).
You will manage internal and external partners (e.g. agencies, freelancers, …) to ensure constant availability to create content
Who You Are
Proficiency in Mandarin mandatory due to collaboration with China counterparts.
You hold a B.S. degree with specialization in journalism, media, marketing or a similar field, or have several years of relevant work experience.
A minimum of 2 years experience in the area of content creation and storytelling (text, audio, video), ideally with an agency background
Expert Knowledge: You have a good understanding of marketing, and the role appealing content plays to make customers aware of a product, and finally light the desire to buy. It’s not different on the HR side where we need to create appealing content to attract and convince potential talent. For that, you have expert knowledge in Storytelling, and ideally some experience in video creation and graphic design. You have knowledge of the most common tools of video and graphics editing on the market, such as Adobe Creative Cloud and similar software.
