RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting and following up past due accounts fo collections when needed.
  • Assist the team especially AP (PS, PSV Lab, Paisley & VM) in timely payment.
  • Contact client via phone, email, and letters to collect outstanding payments.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management for improving collection process and reducing outstanding balances.
  • Sorting and filling document for PSV.
  • Administrative activities including Administaration files & records.
  • Any ad hoc assignment assigns by a superior or management.

REQUIREMENT:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Account/Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Can start immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
