  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Conduct daily site quality work inspection to ensure compliance with the project’s specifications, quality standards and contractual requirements.
  • Monitor project teams’ adherence to the approved work methodologies.
  • Monitor workmanship to prevent defects and substandard work.
  • Ensure that all materials used meet the approved specifications and quality standards.
  • Report non-conformances to project team and ensure project team are following up on corrective actions.
  • Prepare and maintain quality control inspection reports, including photographic evidence and recommendations for remedial actions.
  • Assist in reviewing and approving method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs) and quality control procedures.
  • Participate in project meetings, providing insights on quality issues, risks and mitigation measures.
  • Ensure that safety and environmental regulations related to quality control are adhered to at all times.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary quality records, reports, and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Possess Degree in Civil Engineering/Building Technology/Construction Management or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 – 8 years’ working experience preferably from a building and construction industry in a similar position.
  • Conversant in bilingual languages, namely English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Have strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with strong inclination towards quality management practices.
  • Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Standard and provide unlimited support for the implementation and on-going maintenance for the Company’s Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health Management System (QESHMS).
