Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell company products/services to customers
  • Identify potential clients through cold calls, walk-ins, networking, or online channels
  • Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions
  • Negotiate and close sales deals professionally
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints
  • Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management review
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is preferred
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Must have own transportation and a valid driving license
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills (e.g. email, Excel, CRM tools)
  • Willing to travel or work on weekends if required
  • must have 1 - 3 Years of Experience in this field
  • Education at a minimum diploma or equivalent is typically required.
