Responsibilities:

Administrative & Sales Coordination Support

  • Assist the Top Management with administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing sales-related documents.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate team members as necessary.
  • Maintain and update sales databases, customer records, and sales reports.
  • Coordinate sales meetings, including scheduling, and agenda preparation.
  • Follow up on sales leads and inquiries to ensure timely responses and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotation, presentations, and contracts for corporate clients.

Client relationship Management

  • Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients by providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing information about products or services.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Generate Sales Performance reports, forecasts, and metrics and management review.
  • Any additional tasks assigned by management on an ad hoc basis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, marketing or related field preferred.
  • Working experience in a sales support or administrative role preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits or industry conferences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
