
Human Resource Officer
a) Generally, provide support to all departments/ teams in our company, such as Accounting, Logistics, Sales and Marketing or Information Technology.
b) Coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day to day administrative and operational problems.
c) Preparing meeting minutes, meeting notes and internal support materials.
d) Assisting with employee relations, employee orientation, development, and training.
e) Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system
f) Assisting with the day to day efficient operation of the HR office.
g) To prepare the monthly payroll
h) To administering payroll (including deduction of income tax, EPF, SOCSO)
i) To handle requests & queries from related departments
j) In charge & monitoring the office maintenance
k) To assist in preparing staionary requests from departments/outlets
l) To arrange job vacancies for advertisement & preparation of recruitment report
m) To issue of staff appointments, confirmation, promotion letters, etc.
n) To ensure all the employees comply with existing policies when applying for a medical or other leaves
o) To establish the procedures and practice of ensuring the confidentiality and security of any information
p) To assist in preparing & conducting the staff appraisal
q) Liaise with the company secretaries & government bodies
r) Able to act as negotiator
s) Involve in the process of hiring, training and terminating assigned employees
t) Developing job descriptions,checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing & selecting candidates
u) To assist in renewal processing foreign workers permit & handle expatriate matters
v) To advise employee regarding policy & rule interpretations related to personnel problems
w) To design and conduct comprehensive training workshops in enhancing job performance
x) To deal with staff welfare and corporate social responsibility
y) To assist in other duties from time to time
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
