About the Company

A 23-storey mixed commercial building in the heart of Kuala Lumpur .

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage properties (approximately 30 in Klang Valley) related matters such as preparing tenancy agreements, liaise with tenants on agreement renewal/ termination, liaise with contractors on renovation matters and engage with property agents.
  • Possible dealings with some contractor (eg if tenants complain about broken aircon or leaking or something like that), payment of assessments, maintenance, correspondence for third parties or management etc
  • Liaise with tenants on contract renewals
  • Liaise with lawyers on legal matters
  • Ad-hoc task as assigned and necessitated by the management

Job Requirements

  • Possess good attitude and strong commitment towards work
  • Experience in tenancy dealing, sales and purchase agreement, tenancy agreement, handover of property to tenants, showing properties, and filing etc
  • Someone who has strong admin skills too, filing , hardcopy and soft copy and e filing
