About The Role:

Based out of Malaysia, ONErpm seeks to contract an institutional communication specialist who will lead the development and execution of communication actions aligned with ONErpm's strategic planning/business objectives, including institutional marketing, brand awareness, press relations, digital communication, digital design, social media and internal communication across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Plan & implement and execute the company's communication and institutional strategy accross APAC markets, working with internal clients (staff and partners) and external stakeholders (press, radio, influencers and other media channels).

  • Coordinate and execute institutional and artist events with the regional team.

  • Control the performance indicators of the area, proceed with the analysis of the reports of the areas under its responsibility, analyzing the performance indicators and statements of objectives X results achieved and establishing corrections, revisions of strategies and reorienting, if necessary, the work process .

  • Develop and execute other activities inherent to the company in-line with institutional and brand growth.

  • Develop, maintain, and grow internal and external blogs, newsletters, updates, and other communication channels for the company and its clients.

  • Define the positioning of brands and specific communication channels for the target audience.

  • Coordinate and control deadlines, execution time, quality and human capital, directing the team to daily goals and scheduling deliveries.

  • Work with with the content and social media teams to define and execute internal and external communications processes, both digital and on-ground.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Social Communication, Journalism, Publicity or related areas.
  • Desirable over 03 years of experience in a related activities.
  • Fluency in English, with one other Asian language preferred (Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, Thai, or Vietnamese)
  • Music industry experience is a plus
