
Automotive Service Advisor
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greeting customers and working with customers to determine their vehicle issues and problems, provide technical explanation and proceed with service work
- Working with team leader / mechanic to convey the customers' concerns with accurate repair descriptions.
- Consulting with team leader / mechanic regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairs.
- Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers.
Prepare estimation cost of repair works and explain to customers regarding the work done and cost of repair.
- Answering questions about service outcomes and scheduling and booking appointments, vehicle drop-off.
- Providing customers with information and advice on warranty protections, potential cost savings.
- Liaising with team leader / mechanic about parts ordering and ensuring parts are available when needed.
- Managing and overseeing the repair workflow and schedule.
- Actively communicate to customers on car repair status and advise them about service changes or car pick-up times.
- Maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Ensuring all details on services rendered and costs are related to customers and processing their payments.
- Manage customer complaints and escalate to reporting manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry.
- Proficiency with industry-specific software such as EPC - Electronic Part Catalogue, Microsoft Office
- Good command of written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication skills and able to interact with customers, mechanics and all levels in the organization
- Strong organizational, decision making, and problem solving skills.
- Self initiative at work, attention to detail, responsible, hardworking and responsive.
- Able to work with minimum supervision, motivated, confident, dynamic and customer oriented attitude.
- Able to complete all tasks before deadline and perform other ad-hoc assignment as required from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
