  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the crucial link between project planning and on-site execution. Your responsibilities will include coordinating daily site operations, ensuring timely delivery of materials, managing workforce activities, and addressing on-site challenges in real time. You will work closely with the Project Manager to track progress, maintain project timelines, and support overall project success. This role demands strong organizational skills, clear communication, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor progress of work at the site.
  • To liaise and coordinate with main contractor and others trade at the site.
  • To ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the drawing, construction plans, procedures, and specification.
  • To prepare work progress report, site work diary, site work inspection.
  • Report to Project Engineer / Project Manager regarding site progress.
  • To attend site coordination meeting.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, design, and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in engineering software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies is an advantage.
  • Willing to travel outstation.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
