
Production Supervisor
1. Obey the superior's command, implement work arrangements, coordinate departmental safety production, 6S and on-site personnel management.
2. Rationally plan production resources, control costs, and ensure efficient completion of production plans.
3. Optimize equipment use, reduce consumption, and improve production efficiency.
4. Report major production, quality and other issues in a timely manner, organize analysis and solve them.
5. Carry out personnel performance appraisal and training, coordinate cross-departmental collaboration, and deal with production emergencies.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
1. College degree or above, electronics, machinery and other related majors.
2. More than 2 years of experience in electronic product production management.
3. Familiar with production site management, master 6S, QC, IE and other knowledge.
4. Have quality management knowledge and be proficient in ERP software and office software.
5. Have learning innovation, organization and coordination, stress resistance, and good communication and expression.
