MISSION As our Billing & Reconciliation Assistant, you’ll be the go-to expert for handling all billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoices, and reconciling financial data to keep our records in top shape. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Billing & Invoicing 1) Generate accurate invoices and credit memos for our clients. 2) Issue monthly customer statements and ensure all billing is done on time. 3) Work with various teams to ensure up-to-date billing information. 4) Maintain compliance with billing procedures and standards. Reconciliation & Accuracy 1) Perform monthly reconciliations of financial records. 2) Investigate and resolve any discrepancies with a keen eye for detail. 3) Keep clear and accurate documentation of all reconciliation activities. Financial Reporting & Data Analysis 1) Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual billing reports. 2) Analyze trends and provide insights to enhance our billing process. Communication & Collaboration 1) Liaise with internal and external teams to handle billing queries. 2) Support projects and activities for both MY and SG offices. Why Join Us?
