Job Description: -To supervise a group teammate in the meeting the intended instructions and assignment given. -Maintain a good relationship and attend to customer on regularly basis to understand thier needs or concern. -To ensure the punctuality of transport and to monitor the performance of the drivers. -To plan new route and hiring of drivers timely before starting a new or additional route requested by customers. -To ensure all buses or vans are road worthy and with relevant permits and licenses. -Implement and emphasize the transport safety as the core requirements in the department. -To ensure all vehicle are equipped with necessary safety equipment such fire extinguisher, first aid kit, safety cone etc. -To monitor optimization on planning and strategize for cost saving. -Ensure rules & regulation adherence - company policies and local authorities. -To conduct and coordinates self audit on vehicle and drivers at required intervals. -Lead and build up the team's abilities in documentation, safety and action perceptive. -To cultivate & promoting healthy working environment, able to encourage people engagement. -To lead the team in achieving corporate mission of high-quality service, high performance work force and continuous learning and improvement. -Manage the organizational , customers, regulatory and third parties compliances documentations of transport department. Require skills ; -Problem solving among organizational levels to achieve mutual objectives. -Effectively delegating assignments in consideration of organizational structure and staff abilities. -Communicating ideas effectively, especially operational strategies and objectives, both orally and in writing. Ad-Hoc : -Any other related task assigned to you from time to time by your superior. -Comply with quality policy and other policy which are enforced by company. Authority : -Select and approved subcon, leave / gate pass approval.
