Production Engineer

1) Production Schedule Control - Regularly organize production coordination meetings to study and discuss the production situation and main issues in the phase. - Reasonably allocate human resources, raw materials, equipment and other resources according to the production situation, and scientifically arrange the production schedule. - According to the production schedule, scientifically arrange the production time to ensure the delivery date of the product. 2) Production Quality Control - Listen to the quality work report every month and assist the factory manager in product quality control work. - Responsible for the implementation of the overall quality management system and ISO quality management system establishment of the production department. - Cooperate with the production quality supervisor to deal with the quality problems in the production department, and archive relevant data for future reference. 3) Production Safety Implementation - Organize the compilation of production safety management rules and regulations and safety operation specifications, and organize their implementation. - Perform regular safety inspections to eliminate potential safety hazards, and deal with all kinds of production safety accidents in a timely and proper manner. - Arrange for safety training and education; check the application of training knowledge in production. 4) Implement Production Equipment Management - Approve the purchase plans of new equipment of relevant functional departments and production units. - Arrange the repair and maintenance of production equipment to ensure the smooth completion of production tasks. - Machineries installation, relocation, improvement and dismantling. - Civil work construction. - Create a maintenance procedure for every machine and ensure factory employees follow this procedure regularly 5) Consult and Committee in Technology - Research and Development (R&D) - Research and development of new products. - Improvement of existing products in various aspects such as new raw materials, consumables and method. 6) Production Site Implementation 7S - Layout of production workshops to maximize equipment production capacity. - To supervise the implementation of 7S activities in production floor. 7) Hire and Training - Training of operator for the proper use and maintenance of machines and MHE. - Training of management staffs at all aspects to produce desired results. - Interviewing and selecting candidates - Train new hires on factory policies and procedures 8) Usage Control Management - Organize system cost control and approval process, and supervise the implementation of cost control. - Do a good job of cost statistics, and cooperate with the Factory Manager to implement production cost control and assessment - Usage control scope includes Raw material, consumable part, and labour arrangement. 9) Collect and Implement Production Data Reports - Create production reports based on data analysis - keep a close eye on key production metrics then constantly analysing this data, identify and address dips in production before become major issues 10) Others - To lead utility team for general factory housekeeping. - Complete other tasks assigned by the Factory Manager.
