Purpose of the Role To support the planning, marketing, coordination, and execution of corporate training and personal development programs. The intern will assist in administrative tasks, digital outreach, and training courses related tasks. Key Responsibilities - Support in Program Development - Marketing & Outreach - Clients Engagement - Administrative & Reporting Tasks
Requirements - Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.- Good organizational, communication, and time-management skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, Canva, and basic social media tools.- Can speak and write in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia- Responsible, independent, and detail-oriented.
Learning Outcome - Experience in real-world project management. - Exposure to personal development training of adult learning - Practical exposure to marketing and communications in the education/training field. - Skill-building in outreach and community engagement coordination.Working hour and Allowance Working hours: 5 days a week (some flexibility required based on training schedules).Allowance: Allowance details will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
