- Proficient in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office suite
- Day to day general administrative work
- Maintain proper financial records, data entry and filing system
- Account payable / receivable, invoices
- Prepare accounting schedule and collection reports
- Monitor stock control
- Any other duties assigned by the Management
- 5 days work week
- Candidate must possess at least SPM / Certification / Graduate Diploma, Accountancy/Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Entry Level / Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Basic knowledge in accounting and data entries
- Computer literate
- Proficient language in English, Chinese and Bahasa
