Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, offer and onboarding.
- Execute sourcing strategies through diverse sourcing channels to attract high quality talent, including building & maintaining talent pipeline to address future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide insights into candidate availability and market trends.
- Conduct initial screening/assessment and collaborate with the hiring manager to ensure alignment with organizational and cultural fit.
- Develop and coordinate employer branding activities, including developing materials and campaigns, and manage content on diverse digital platforms
- Stay updated with recruitment marketing trends
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition. Regional hiring experience a plus
- Experience executing employer branding activities including ability to develop materials & campaigns a plus
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
- Good understanding of recruitment best practices and employment regulations
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
