Brand Assistant Manager (Beauty Industry)
We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager who is passionate about the beauty industry and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role will primarily focus on offline brand initiatives, consumer engagement, and executing brand strategies that strengthen our market presence. You’ll play a key role in analyzing market trends, monitoring competitors, and executing impactful campaigns that connect with our target audience.
Location: 1Powerhouse, Bandar Utama
Working day: Monday - Friday
Working hours: 9AM - 6PM
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies and offline marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Drive consumer engagement through events, in-store activities, and offline activations.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and industry trends.
- Support the ideation and execution of GWP (Gifts with Purchase) strategies to increase brand visibility and sales conversion.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (E-commerce, Sales, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing etc.) to ensure campaign consistency and effectiveness.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies and resource allocation.
- Monitor and analyze performance of offline activities, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of beauty trends and bring fresh ideas to strengthen brand relevance.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and industry partners.
- Any other tasks assigned by superior / Company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle industry.
- Strong understanding of offline brand engagement and consumer touchpoints.
- A friendly and outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A team player with strong collaboration skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Passionate about the beauty industry and current consumer trends.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Demonstrated leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay (spoken and written).
