Working day: Monday - Friday

Working hours: 9AM - 6PM

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies and offline marketing plans aligned with business goals.
  • Drive consumer engagement through events, in-store activities, and offline activations.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and industry trends.
  • Support the ideation and execution of GWP (Gifts with Purchase) strategies to increase brand visibility and sales conversion.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (E-commerce, Sales, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing etc.) to ensure campaign consistency and effectiveness.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and analyze performance of offline activities, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay ahead of beauty trends and bring fresh ideas to strengthen brand relevance.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and industry partners.
  • Any other tasks assigned by superior / Company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong understanding of offline brand engagement and consumer touchpoints.
  • A friendly and outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A team player with strong collaboration skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Passionate about the beauty industry and current consumer trends.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team coordination abilities.
  • Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay (spoken and written).
