  • Security auditing: Participate in security audits and reviews of systems, networks, and applications to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Data encryption and firewalls: Assist in configuring and maintaining firewalls, VPNs, and other security infrastructure.
  • Research security trends: Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, tools, and techniques.
  • Develop security documentation: Help create and maintain security policies, procedures, and incident response plans.
  • Security awareness training: Support the development of security awareness programs and help educate staff on cybersecurity best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve security-related issues.

Pre-Requisites :

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of network security, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and common security tools.
  • Familiarity with firewalls, encryption, and security protocols.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
